Happy Birthday BChaunce!

Bryce recently had a birthday, and, being the gluten-free guy that he is, he got a pavlova for his "cake". We love this dessert. It's beautiful, not too heavy, and of course delicious. If you substitute Cool Whip Free for the heavy cream, pavlova's also a great dessert for all those watching their weight (not that I ever do that, but it's a good idea in theory: ). Click here for the recipe I used this time (in this recipe, I cut down the amount of vinegar to about 2tsp).
